You do. On final payment, all rights to the custom work transfer to you, including source code, designs, and documentation. You get everything in a written handoff. We do not hold your product hostage as leverage for a maintenance contract.

Yours. We recommend clients own their developer accounts so the listing, reviews, and app history belong to you permanently. We handle setup and submission, and if you ever move to another developer, nothing has to be transferred or rebuilt.

Custom projects start at $5,000, and most business apps land between $10,000 and $40,000 depending on scope and complexity. Published starting points are on the pricing page. Every project gets a fixed quote after discovery, so you are never billed hourly against an open-ended estimate.

A focused MVP is typically two to four months. Larger business applications commonly run four to six months or more. Timeline depends on scope, integration complexity, and how quickly review and feedback cycles happen on your side.

Yes. We have a mutual NDA ready to sign before discovery, and confidentiality terms are built into our standard services agreement.

Small adjustments within the agreed scope are normal and expected. Anything genuinely outside scope becomes a written change order with the additional cost and timeline impact stated up front, so nothing gets billed as a surprise.

We are remote-first and work with clients anywhere in the US. Our two founders already work from different states, so collaborating with a client we have never met in person is simply how the studio runs. Location has never been the reason a project went sideways.

An honest picture of the problem you are solving and who it is for. You do not need a spec, wireframes, or technical knowledge. If you have existing designs or a partial build, we can work from those too.
